Stayed here with my family and overall greatly enjoyed this apartment. The host was always available. Found Bollywood Street Food and took to-go meal, its just a short walk away from the property, recommend.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, being close to the venue we had to be at. The area was quiet and we appreciated the free car parking. The apartment was well-equipped and clean, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The added bonus of breakfast items was a nice touch. Communication with the owner was excellent and the check-in process was easy. We also loved the proximity to the beach, supermarket, cafes, and bus stop. We stayed here with friends for a concert at Murrayfield. The location was ideal, with a bus route right across the road that took us to Princes St. and Murrayfield. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped. Graeme, the host, was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the little extras like milk, tea, coffee, and more.
We highly recommend this hotel!

The location was excellent with good public transport links into the city and the beach just a few minutes away. the flat was well appointed and had everything we needed. the host provided breakfast items and other essentials, which was greatly appreciated. the communication with the owner was great and collecting the keys was easy. the parking facility was safe and free of charge. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Felt almost like at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The convenience of having an Aldi nearby was also a plus. the comfortable bed and fresh white bedding made for a pleasant rest. The apartment was also conveniently situated for exploring Edinburgh, with easy access to public transportation. I had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.
